UDAIPUR
BYPASS:
The company was awarded the Udaipur
Bypass project – India’s
first greenfield BOT project on National
Highways in 1996. This project
involved the construction of a 11-km
long two-lane bypass road, with five
major structures. The company successfully
constructed the Bypass in a record
time, enabling the SPV (Ideal Toll
Road Investments) to begin toll collection
way ahead of schedule and generate
revenues higher than projected.
